The Kindness Kit Curriculum

The Kindness Kit Curriculum is designed to help children build lasting habits of kindness, compassion, and empathy through simple, meaningful daily actions. Created by teacher and Live Like Delaney founder Megan Kilbane in honor of her daughter Delaney, the curriculum empowers students to help others feel seen, valued, and loved, one act of kindness at a time.
How it works
Every kit is built around the same idea Delaney lived by. Notice people. Say something kind. Mean it. Schools can bring the full curriculum into a classroom in three steps.

Read the teacher letter so your class knows what is coming. The parent letter goes home with your students on the last day of the challenge.

Tapping Launch above opens the same twelve day challenge as a live, on screen app, no separate download required. Here is what to expect the first time.

Create a free account with your email. There is no password to remember, you will get a one time code by email to sign in.

Tell it about your class once: your role, school type, grade, and class name. It remembers this on your device, so you will only set it up the first time.
- 3
Each day’s Kindness Challenge fills the screen, big enough to read aloud from the front of the room. Tap Mark Day Complete when you are done, and it moves to the next day on its own.

Tap Fill out Worksheet to open that grade’s printable worksheet right on screen. Type answers, pick a mood, or draw, then hit Print whenever it is ready to send home.

Want a real app icon instead of a bookmark? Look for Install app on a computer or Android phone, or on an iPhone tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Either way, it opens straight to the challenge from then on.
- 6
After Day 12, every class gets a certificate they can download or send straight to a parent.
