We're a small board of parents, neighbors, and friends. Every one of us knew Delaney, or knows someone whose day she made brighter.
Nobody here draws a salary. We plan the events, pack the kindness kits, visit the classrooms, and answer the emails, all so that a little girl's habit of telling people they matter keeps spreading.

- Oversees the foundation's overall vision, direction, and mission
- Gives final approval on major projects, partnerships, branding, and initiatives
- Serves as primary spokesperson, handling media and public-facing storytelling
- Stays involved across every department to keep the mission consistent
Brian Kilbane
Co-President
As Delaney's dad, Brian brings his love for his daughter to everything he does for the foundation. Whether helping at events, supporting the team, or jumping in wherever he's needed, he's always ready to lend a hand and help carry the mission forward.

Katie Zaremba
Vice President
- Oversees visual branding and keeps it consistent across every platform
- Manages and runs Instagram and Facebook, including content planning and posting
- Reviews flyers, newsletters, graphics, apparel, and event visuals to stay on brand
- Helps guide marketing strategy and public-facing communications
Mark Zaremba
Vice President
- Oversees videography, photography, and digital storytelling for the foundation
- Manages the foundation website, including updates, organization, and functionality
- Handles promotional videos, interviews, and event coverage

Treasurer
- Oversees all financial records and reporting
- Manages accounts, budgeting, reimbursements, and financial organization
- Handles tax filings and financial compliance
- Point person for anything finance-related

- Oversees community outreach and service-related initiatives
- Helps identify individuals, families, schools, and organizations to support
- Coordinates volunteer opportunities and charitable outreach efforts
- Writes newsletters to keep supporters informed and connected
Toni Rotz
Director of Fundraising & Events
- Oversees sponsorship outreach and relationships with businesses and community partners
- Coordinates fundraising events and donation initiatives for the foundation
- Serves as point person for fundraising collaborations and partnerships
- Works with the board to identify new fundraising ideas and growth opportunities
