1. Using Our Site

You may browse, use, and share our site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please use it lawfully and respectfully, in keeping with the spirit it was built for.

2. Our Content

The text, photos, logo, and Kindness Kit Curriculum materials on this site belong to The Live Like Delaney Foundation unless otherwise noted. Schools and educators are welcome to use the curriculum materials for their intended purpose, teaching kindness to students. Beyond that, please do not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content, including Delaney's story and photos, without asking us first at board@livelikedelaney.org.

3. Stories You Share

If you submit a story through our Share Your Story form, you're granting us permission to read, and potentially share or publish, what you send, on our site, in our newsletter, or elsewhere, in keeping with the spirit of the Foundation. Please do not submit anything you do not have the right to share, or anything that includes another person's private information without their consent.

4. Donations and Purchases

Donations made through our Donate page are processed securely through Squarespace's payment platform and are generally non-refundable. The Live Like Delaney Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit; consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your gift. Purchases from Delaney's Shop are also processed through Squarespace Commerce. If you have a question about an order, contact us at board@livelikedelaney.org.

5. Not Medical or Legal Advice

Delaney's story includes references to epilepsy and her experience with it. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or professional advice. If you or someone you know is affected by epilepsy, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Our site links to third-party sites (like Instagram, Facebook, and local partners). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
